Shipping policy

Every Harborborne piece is made to order. We don't carry inventory. When you place an order, your item is printed, assembled, and quality-checked specifically for you, then shipped from one of our trusted production partners.

PRODUCTION TIME

Tees and hoodies: 2–5 business days
Sneakers: 3–5 business days
This is the time it takes to make your item, before it's handed to the courier. We don't pre-stock anything, so this step is unavoidable — and it's also why the print quality is consistent.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available after you enter your delivery address. Timing varies by product, production partner, destination, and carrier. If no estimate is displayed and timing matters, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, peak periods, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Tracking is provided once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We don't promise free shipping because we'd rather charge a fair price for the item and a fair price for delivery, instead of building both into the product price.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes when they arrive in your country. These are set by your local government, not by Harborborne, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control or refund these charges.
If you're ordering from outside Australia, the United States, or the European Union, we recommend checking your country's import threshold before ordering.
