Your Harborborne pieces are made to order. Production time varies by product, so please allow time for your items to be made before dispatch.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery times depend on the products you choose, your destination and the shipping service. Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Where a faster service is offered, its price is shown at checkout before you pay. Enter your address at checkout to see delivery options and estimates, where available.

Transit-time ranges start after dispatch; please allow production time in addition. Estimates are a guide, and busy periods, customs or carrier delays may affect delivery.

International deliveries may incur import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees that are collected separately from your checkout payment.

Tracking your order

We’ll send tracking details when your items ship. Items in the same order may arrive separately.
