Returns & Warranty

Every Harborborne piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or buyer's remorse. Please use our size guides carefully before ordering. They're accurate and we update them when manufacturers change spec.

WHAT WE DO COVER

We replace damaged or defective items at no cost to you. Specifically:

. Manufacturing defects (misprints, broken stitching, missing components)
. Items that arrive damaged in transit
. Items that materially differ from what you ordered (wrong size shipped, wrong colour shipped, wrong design)

If any of the above happens, contact us at connectdpexpert within 14 days of delivery with:

. Your order number
. Clear photos of the issue
. A short description of what's wrong

We'll review and either send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No back and forth, no proof-of-return required for defective items.

WHAT WE DON'T COVER

. Change of mind after ordering
. Wrong size selected by the customer
. Wear and tear from normal use
. Damage from improper care (machine washing items marked "spot clean," for example)
. Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery

WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS

Made-to-order means there's no warehouse to send items back to. When a tee is printed for your order, it can't be resold to anyone else. Generous return policies on POD apparel only work when prices are inflated to absorb the loss, and we'd rather charge a fair price for the item and stand behind genuine quality issues than build a refund tax into every product.

We honour what we can honour, clearly and quickly. That's the promise.
